He has served in senior technology roles at Oracle, PeopleSoft, Honda, HP, and Corning, where he managed global enterprise transformations across the U.S., Europe, and Asia.
As founder of OceSha Ventures, Rohan has built multiple AI-first products and platforms, including large-scale blockchain payment infrastructures, healthcare AI diagnostic tools, and next-generation marketing automation systems.

Matthew Guggemos is a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist, musician, and technologist whose career bridges clinical practice and innovation. He brings a unique multidisciplinary approach by integrating neuroscience, music, and technology into his therapeutic methods.
Matthew has collaborated with educators, clinicians, and technologists to develop AI-driven tools that transform speech therapy. He is co-author of articles on AI in autism diagnostics and has been recognized for his multidisciplinary contributions to clinical speech-language pathology.
As Chief Clinical Officer of Speak & Play, Matthew ensures that the platform's tools are clinically accurate, evidence-backed, and parent-friendly. He leads the development of communication models, prosodic marker analysis, and report frameworks that empower parents with actionable insights about their child's speech development.
